Can I bring my pet?
I'm afraid that we do not allow pets in our caravan
Is bed linen included?
Bed linen is not included (but we do supply duvets and pillows), you can either bring your own or hire them from the park.
Does the price include passes?
The price does not include passes, these can be purchased from the park. The prices range from £30 to £50 (per holiday home, not per person) depending on the time of year and the length of your holiday.
What time can I get into the caravan and what time do I have to leave by?
You can collect the keys from 2pm and we ask that you vacate by 10am
What is the deposit for and when do I get it returned?
The £50 deposit is in addition to the cost of your weeks holiday. It is an insurance that providing that the caravan is left in the same condition as on arrival. The refund will be sent back within 10 days from the end of your holiday
Where do I collect the keys from and what pitch number is it?
Full details will be sent to you on receipt of the full balance of your holiday
When do I have to pay the final balance?
You can pay by either BACS, cheque or paypal. We will accept stage payments if this assists in managing your finances ie post dated cheques or standing order payments. Full/Final payment must be received 8 weeks before your holiday begins.
